I thoroughly enjoyed the place. Basic apartment, has magnificent setting really close to all the things likes ATMs, Nairobi and other areas.

Located in a very noisy area with a bus station nearby, Mercy-Phillips Apartments offers a convenient stay for budget travelers who want to be close to the city center. the clean and comfortable rooms come with well-equipped kitchens, including a gas stove, electric kettle, and fridge. the helpful and kind staff is always available to assist guests. With security on the ground floor, guests can feel safe.

The surroundings may not be ideal, as the hotel is located in a crowded and impoverished neighborhood, with sketchy people and a strong septic smell in the streets.

Favourable and ideal location just 5 minutes walk from an open garden. Helpful and understanding stuff and the stay was amazing!

The room was exceptionally clean and the kitchenette was well-stocked. The comfortable bed, pillows, and work desk were also impressive. The location was perfect for those who enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown, and it was conveniently close to the airport. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city main road and other areas. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary items, making it easy for me to cook my own meals. The shower was decent and I never had any issues with hot water. The wifi was super speedy and I enjoyed watching Netflix on the TV. The communication with the host was excellent, with detailed instructions provided via Whatsapp. The owner and caretaker were very accommodating and made me feel at home. a great experience and I look forward to returning.

Although the location was central, the area surrounding the building could be a bit noisy and crowded, especially due to the presence of commercial vehicles. , there were some minor inconveniences such as a short shower curtain and a lack of signage for the apartment building.

I had a fantastic experience at this studio, apartment in Nairobi's busy downtown area. the 8th, floor location provided interesting views over the city, easily accessible with the modern lift. the apartment was well, equipped with 2 queen beds, a dinner table, and a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances. the kitchen even had a blender, which was a thoughtful touch. the apartment was extremely clean and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable. the location was convenient, with key places within walking distance. Daniel, the building manager, was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: Absolutely nothing. 👌.

My stay at Mercy's was fantastic! The internet was super fast, the big flat screen TV and Netflix were a perfect combo. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I almost overslept.
